This is Mornington Peninsula Chardonnay with richness, freshness and a lovely savoury seam. It opens with ripe peach, apricot, lemon curd and juicy apple, followed by honeycomb, cashew, light butterscotch, citrus nougat and a little flinty brightness. There is generosity here, but it is not heavy. The cool maritime freshness keeps everything lifted and neatly framed. The palate is creamy, vibrant and medium
