Arete Ring - Sandstone Damascus Steel Granite Collection This design fee is forarte rt noun noun: arte; plural noun: artes a sharp mountain ridge. The sandstone ridges that we mountain bike and the broad aretes which we climb inspire this ring. Each distinctive ring is hand made, carved and filed. Available in 5mm width only. Damascus is created by layering two different alloys of stainless steel. Forging and twisting the layers creates patterns. This particular pattern is inspired by the swirling lines in sandstone in Zion
