Queen Street ends at Flinders Street, but beyond that we see a wooden Sandridge Railway Bridge crossing the Yarra, with industrial buildings on the south bank, and the homes of Emerald Hill (South Melbourne) rising in the far distance. The substantial building on the south east (left) corner is the Union Bank Building, the south west (right) corner accommodates the Imperial Fire
