Simple 4 track production sits in juxtaposition to complex high pop songcraft. Rough edges cut through beautiful, layered melodies. A multi instrumentalist and devotedly DIY, Claire wrote, played and recorded the entire record herself, with the exception of a striking cover of Randy Newmans Pretty Boy.
