NV Nicola Gatta – Rosé de Noirs – Nature – 60 Lune Vermentino followed by a 6-day skinRos de Noirs by Nicola Gatta is a splendid ros sparkling wine made out of Pinot Noir grapes. The wine is fermented in stainless steel with skin contact of a few hours, then is bottled for the second fermentation, where it stays on the lees for 60 moons. It has elegant and refined aromas of freshly baked pastry perfectly mixed with ripe fruits and notes of red fruits and wild berries, vibrant and salty.
