An untouched Moorish octagonal occasional table with foliate scroll carved top, inset with a central mother of pearl and ebony star, which is repeated on the pierced apron between diamond shaped inlaid legs, joined by ogee arches. A proper country house table, probably late 19th or early 20th century, perfect for by the sofa or armchair.
