The first brew featured eight malts including smoked and rye, resulting in a robust, roasted, lightly smokey and warming traditional imperial stout. The second, a double mashed stout, brewed with six malts and muscovado sugar, and boiled for 12 hours, creating a rich and decadent, thick stout, with notes of caramel, honey and milk
