We then transferred the beer to freshly dumped Willett Bourbon barrels on top of dried figs and dates to enhance the presence of rich fruit sugars in conjunction with the spirit heat and fresh oak profile

Thick body from the spelt base

With a medium to heavy body

With so much of the vanilla character coming from oak rather than just hand-split beans

Pink Brewery_Oud Beersel This year we chose SkagitOur 2025 Breast Cancer Awareness month beer. $1 of every draft, and $4 of every 4pk to go sold goes to the Go Pink Challenge, supporting the Boca Raton Hospital and Lynn Cancer Institute.
