Although she would become a duller card I think she would be more rounded if the minus loyalty costs were increased along with a starting loyalty increase, something like 4 to start, -2 to Explore and -8 or 9 to make fatties
Note that tutoring from an opponents deck is inherently riskier than looking through your own cards, as you arent going to have perfect knowledge of what your options are before casting your tutor spell, and may not be able to retrieve the specific card you want

While it is always the defender who gets to make the decision, they don't have all the information you doand many times they will just view it as kind of a coin toss as to if they should trade or not on an even board

Evasiveness is a powerful bonus for Amber/Ruby Pirates Speaking of Wendy, she is a surprisingly strong character in this deck, and a big reason to run Ruby pirate decks in general
