It also keeps your opponent guessing as to your plans, or allows you to shift (pun intended) your plans on the fly to deal with your opponents current position

As I say, there's a lot going on for a fairly high cost, and I struggle to see this card seeing too much play given the setup required to cast it for its Shift cost, especially in Ruby & Steel decks which typically skew far more aggressive
