and outer edge are bound in a vintage whole feedsack in a beautiful floral that I have had stashed away for years

but no exposed batting

and a stand up collar - a truly amazing fit

This quilt had a ton of bleach and age discoloration, along with fabric degradation in the smaller pieced triangles after careful soaking and meticulous layout, the best parts have been salvaged to give this quilt a new life as a vest. The outer bound edges feature a a dusty sage petite leaf fabric, and the piece is finished with rounded
