While the design of this card is surely elegant, the ability for it to pop off with any number of cards that plant +1/+1 counters on it makes it somewhat problematic
Originally introduced in Azurite Sea, the cards felt strong but lacked enough strength to be a deck in their own right
The emphasis on Equipment doesn't leave much room for creatures, so you'll often have a single creature against the world
It costs one more mana than Heros Downfall but will take out 98% of the things that spell will while also giving you scry 2, which is close in power level to drawing a card
Carmen does cost five, though, so the rest of your deck should be filled with equal amounts of recursion (Sevinnes Reclamation et al), ramp (Ancient Tomb, Sword of the Animist) and evasive bodies that can also grow tall (Voldaren Bloodcaster, Liberator, Urzas Battlethopter, Serra Ascendant)
The cards posted on Reddit are in Spanish, leading to some comments to suggest they were leaked in Chile rather than Brazil
