There was a dent on the throat of the horn that was removed evidenced by a very small scar

The pictures make the dents worse than they are

The horn comes with a Conn Case with 3 functioning latches

I do not see any signs of previous dent work which is not surprising since the owner of this horn had such pride of ownership

Some historians have suggested this horn was made in the Hans Hoyer factory
