Bain's Pinotage Cask 1000ml in the palateDrawn from a single cask, the 21 Years Old Pinotage Finish is the rarest whisky released by The James Sedgwick Distillery to date. It is described as possessing the red berry notes typical of Pinotage grapes (South Africas signature varietal) as well as a slightly earthiness, along with the signature caramel and spicy notes of Bains. Aged alternatingly in American oak and Pinotage wine casks, the 21 Years Old is non chill filtered and bottled at 50.
