This handcuff holding strap is plain dark brown with Brass hardware and loop that will fit a up to a 2 1 2" duty belt. Don Hume referred to this dark brown as Mid State Brown. The locking latch is a very nice feature. Opening a snap on a cuff case or cuff strap always lets the bad guy know whats next. This opens quietly. Cuff strap will work with chain or hinge handcuffs. Very solid and well made from the
