Giving your commander a cost reduction ability for dragons is an awesome way to get big creatures out ahead of schedule and in dragon decks where every bit of cost reduction matters, this background feels fantastic

Theres no real reason not to go with this one out of the two, with a hefty number of interesting reprints and a fun theme with some interesting gameplay potential
