The plaque reads: I WILL BLESS EVERY PLACE WHERE A PICTURE OF MY HEART SHALL BE EXPOSED AND HONORED. Decorative scrollwork and a small cross adorn the top, with an integrated loop for hanging. Surface wear and patina consistent with age.
