The power output on Halana and Alena, Partners is wild, especially once you start to pump your commander itself
WUBRG decks are always a little tricky to judge if they're not blatantly powerful right out of the box, and because the theming of this deck is so cool, it feels disruptive to try and make upgrades to it, so it's almost a case of being a precon that you shouldn't upgrade, but yet it desperately needs it
I'll happily run this in Daxos the Returned and Killian, Ink Duelist Aura decks, since you can easily reduce the cost to just BB and it triggers a bunch of great stuff like Kor Spiritdancer
Setting a budget limit is also great for when you want to throttle a deck
