Wheel Horse Bourbon 101 Sherry The refill casks gently matureThis sour mash Bourbon Whiskey is made from 70% corn, 21% rye and 9% malted barley. It's distilled in copper stills then matured in 53 gallon, charred American oak barrels for a minimum of four years. Like all of the distillery's small batch whiskeys, Wheel Horse Bourbon is bottled at 101 proof and is non chill filtered. On the nose, the whiskey has aromas of butterscotch and toasted almond.
