Cask No. 28.118 Highland hibiscus tea and Victory VWe opened a vacuum sealed container of dark roasted coffee beans, enjoying notes of chocolate, caramel and candied fruits. Huge on the palate, this was spicy and peppery at first but then delivered the deep, dark sweetness of muscovado sugar.
