Im sure this has some kind of broken Thassa's Oracle possibilities in cEDH, and Im sure youll get better use out of it than your opponent in your Pia Nalaar, Consul of Revival deck, and Im also sure someones gonna use this with Drannith Magistrate to ruin your life, but I dont see this making it in most decks

I also love this in sacrifice decks since bargains count as sacrifices so you can net a bunch of triggers to things like Rakdos's Mayhem Devil
