This marvelous pearl and rose cut diamond pendant was originally part of an antique pin (circa 1860-1880) that we transformed by removing the pin findings and adding a 14k yellow gold chain

and one cufflink has a slight chip to the outermost layer of the mother of pearl (also only visible with magnification)
