Western Ridge 1975 Planting | Shiraz tempranillo Fine and velvety tannins areThe Vineyards: Sourced from multiple old vine vineyards (average 50+ year old) across the Western Ridge, from our home block in Marananga, Greenock and Seppeltsfield. All picked on separate dates when the fruit was optimally ripe. The Winemaking: The grapes are hand and machine harvested. Each parcel of grapes fermented separately in open fermenters, prior to pressing to tank. The fermentation is completed in tank before the wine is racked to barrel.
