If it dies, you take direct damage, and your opponent can buff it even more in response to a removal spell
In a casual setting, players may be more generous with granting take-backs, but in a more competitive scene, a move reversal may be denied
I don't think its for every artifact deck since it seems just "good enough" if you play it fairly, but if you can abuse it I think its a really scary piece
That's so powerful and the reason why cards in this cycle see competitive play in Legacy and Premodern to this day, especially in "The Epic Storm" decks
There are currently 33 slots dedicated to the 'A' range of promo cards, with more getting added via expansions and drop events, but slot #8 has remained empty
Response / Resurgence Response is a good rate for damage to a creature, but the big-time reason to play this card is Resurgence which is nearly Boros-speak for extra turn
