During the game's backstory and in the expansion story proper, Sphene undergoes much of the same beats of Garnet's character development, such as being forced to ascend her kingdom Alexandria's throne and her initial reluctance to do so, as well as gaining the strength and resolve to lead and protect her people in the process
If, however, you're a veteran player and don't need to build out your collection, you'd be better served going a different route to procure cards, as these Starter Decks don't contain very much raw power
This pairs very well with Chocobos since they gain stats when a land enters, so if you can play multiple lands per turn, then Summon: Fat Chocobo's Kerplunk ability can make blocking your Chocobos pointless
