The Hairy Arm Nebbiolo Riverina Ruby colors the glass whileA labour of patience and passion, this is our fourth Nebbiolo releasecrafted from a small, carefully watched vineyard in Heathcote, whose fruit we've tracked for over six years. In 2017, we hand harvested just one tonne from two acres, initiating a slow wild ferment, followed by a 30 day post ferment soak to extract depth and structure. Aged for 24 months in seasoned oak, then cellared in bottle for another two years, this wine is a true Nebbiolo
