Brides dont have to wear white, but many do to feel bridal and stand out
Also, dont forget, you can change a neckline by covering it with a jacket or cardigan, or a scarf, or you can have it altered permanently by a dressmaker, so if everything else about the item works for you, don't dismiss it just because of the neckline

When you wear something SO fitted on the bottom, you should aim to wear a looser fitting top or sweater unless you are truly working out
