The sheave is 2 1 8 and can fit up to 7 16 line diameter. The base is 2 1 2 without the mounting plate. With the plate the base diameter is 2 7 8. 4 bolt install, bolt pattern is 1 3 8 side x side. The block itself does NOT stand up straight it does lean to on side. The sheave does have a very very small nic to it, it will not effect its use.
