Here are some of my favourite ways to use it: A simple green salad with mixed greens, sliced almonds, fresh raspberries, and a little crumbled goat cheese or feta A spinach salad with grilled chicken, sliced strawberries, candied pecans, and red onion A summer salad with arugula, fresh peaches, prosciutto, and shaved Parmesan A grain bowl with quinoa, roasted veggies, chickpeas, and fresh greens A fruit salad as a light, slightly sweet dressing Drizzled over grilled chicken, salmon, or pork tenderloin As a dipping sauce for fresh fruit on a cheese board Over caprese-style salads with mozzarella, fresh berries, and basil Tossed with shredded cabbage and carrots for a sweet-tangy slaw Its especially beautiful with anything that has a salty or savoury counterpoint goat cheese, feta, prosciutto, candied nuts, grilled chicken
