Tbh I would have LOVED to be a minimalist at heart, in fact I cry a little when I see a perfectly manicured minimalist look because I know despite my efforts that will never be me BUT maximalism being trendy yet again teaches me one important lesson that I should have known at my age: trends come and go, just do you every day, be who ever and how ever you wish, dress t your moods and if you coordinate with fashion great, if not better luck next time, if you care about these sort of things
