Hi David, whilst I do agree with you somewhat, I do think that if someone has made the effort to dress up, albeit not very well or ill advised I dont think they should be shunned from said event, obviously with exception (offensive, political) the list goes on, I believe that some people just do not care for looking good and lets be honest most invited too these events show up to show face and would rather be binge watching on the sofa
