It is certainly worse than Declaration in Stone
Said creature is, admittedly, just a 1/1, but the fact that it comes as a free extra alongside a land makes it worth playing in a number of decks, particularly those that can cheat creatures into play, such as Collected Company
Why it stands out: Print details are unusually specific : S33 German black-core stock, UV coating, precision die cutting, and print files enhanced to a minimum of 300 DPI
Typically these will be in your sideboard, but depending on the meta, your deck, and what the card does, sometimes you can be extra hateful and make it work mainboard
