Cancel variants dont really hold up when its this easy to cast a planeswalker on turn two, and many of the remaining options are either too narrow to play in large numbers ([Card]Negate[/Card], [Card]Ceremonious Rejection[/Card], [Card]Disdainful Stroke[/Card]) or require enablers that dont really exist in the format at a sufficient rate to justify playing them ([Card]Silumgars Scorn[/Card], [Card]Drown in the Loch[/Card])
That statline usually costs only one black except youre paying for the versatility to bestow it for an even less-valuable five mana

(The dice being marketed in that video aren't much better.) You'll notice if you look at casino dice that they don't have physical holes in the sides that could lead to weighting differences, don't have rounded edges that reduce bouncing, aren't made out of multiple colors of plastic that could be different densities, and are transparent to ensure that there are no air bubbles
