The last Set, Sword & Shield: Shining Fates made a large splash on the meta, with the next one looking to do more of the same

Each Commander deck comes equipped with tons of brand-new cards as well as some high-value reprints, all of which have new artwork featuring the peoples and lands of The Lord of the Rings

Im rating this card only based on the cost, because sometimes, controlling a player during combat is enough to cause huge damage at the table

It reads: Whenever you cast your first instant or sorcery spell each turn, exile an instant or sorcery card at random from your graveyard

At least I think Im saying that right, Ill have to get my 11-year-old to review this story
