So, if the light is hitting her coming from this way, I would put the shadows on her coming from this way and it's really about how you're applying the pressure onto the marker that's what that's going to give you the quality of light and dark and as you can see, here in these other sketches that have done from older designs and what I'm using that pressure to create the shadows where they're needed and then really making a gestural to show the highlights of where the light is hitting her directly
